No, you are not supposed to remember how to do it. This class is designed for parents who have previously experienced childbirth and are looking to refresh their knowledge and skills for an upcoming birth. Join us for this streamlined, informative session to revisit key concepts and head into your birthing journey with renewed confidence.

  • How to stay comfortable in pregnancy (yes, it’s possible!)

  • Understanding and applying shared, informed decision making skills so you have all your questions answered before making a decision

  • All options surrounding induction

  • Revisiting previous birth preferences 
  • How to effectively communicate your decisions about your body, your baby & your birth to your doula, partner and providers

  • Partner support strategies and comfort measures

  • Review of the stages of labor

  • When to leave for the hospital

  • Pain management options & medical interventions

  • Cesarean birth (*if you are planning a scheduled cesarean we encourage you to take our Cesarean Prep & Recovery Class)

  • How to push like a pro and reduce tearing

  • Dedicated time to answer all of your questions! 

Ticket price includes pregnant person plus one support person.

When Should You Take This Class?

We recommend taking this class between 25-30 weeks, though it can be taken at any stage of pregnancy. Partners are strongly encouraged to attend.
