Starting solid foods is an exciting milestone and it often comes with lots of questions. This workshop is designed for expecting parents, new parents, and caregivers who want clear, up-to-date guidance on how to confidently begin feeding their baby solid foods.

Key Topics / What to Expect:

In this informative session, we’ll cover both the practical steps of starting solids and the bigger picture of creating a positive, pressure-free feeding experience.

In this workshop, you can expect to learn about:

  • When and how to start solid foods

  • Signs of readiness and what to look out for

  • What foods to introduce first

  • How and when to introduce common allergens

  • Tips for successful baby-led and independent feeding

  • The benefits of purées, baby-led weaning, and blended approaches

  • How to support your baby in developing a healthy, positive relationship with food

  • Tips on for supporting independent feeding, and how to choose between purées, baby-led weaning, or a combination of both

  • Learn the latest guidance on introducing foods and allergens

There will be dedicated time at the end for questions, so come ready to ask anything.

Ticket price includes two caregivers.
