This class focuses on what you can do prenatally to prepare your body and mind for breastfeeding. Our goal is for you to be surprised if breastfeeding doesn’t work for you, not the other way around.  Our class aims to leave you feeling capable, empowered, and know where to turn for support. Take this class virtually or in person.

Ticket price includes pregnant person plus one support person.

When Should You Take This Class?

We recommend taking this class at the beginning of your third trimester, but it can be taken at any point during pregnancy. Partners are strongly encouraged to attend.
