Beyond Birthing community events are designed to bring people together in meaningful, joy-filled, and authentic ways. From storytelling nights and book fairs to community yard sales, special gatherings and holiday bashes, our events go beyond education to create connection, belonging, and shared experience.

Each event is intentionally welcoming, inclusive, and rooted in the belief that families thrive in community. Whether you come to listen, share, browse, learn, or simply be together, you’ll find a warm, judgment-free space where every story and every season of life is honored.

These gatherings reflect the heart of Beyond Birthing: building a village where support is accessible, relationships grow naturally, and no one has to navigate parenthood alone.

From One Family to Another – Clothing Swap Fundraiser

Join us for “From One Family to Another,” a community clothing swap fundraiser benefiting the Beyond Birthing Community Support Fund. This special event helps support local growing families while giving gently loved baby and toddler items a second life within our village. We are accepting clean, gently used or new clothing for ages newborn–3 years old (all seasons welcome), with a special need for sleep sacks and preemie clothing. Donations can be dropped off June 1–4, and community shopping days will take place June 7 from 9:00am–1:00pm and June 8 from 9:00am–12:00pm, with $25 to fill a bag. We’ll also be collecting open packages of diapers for Bambino Baskets and unopened cans of formula for Beverly Bootstraps. On Sunday, Northshore Car Seat Services will be onsite offering car seat safety checks. Can’t attend but still want to support local families? Donations can be made at https://gofund.me/af9fc3717.

Singing Mamas

Sing in a circle filled with simple songs for the soul, taught by call and response. All women welcome, with or without babies. At the Cove Community Center in Beverly. Check out their Facebook Page HERE.

Not Your Average Story Slams

Not Your Average Story Slams are lively, women-only storytelling events hosted by Stephanie Theriault and Rachael Meneandes of Maternal Wealth. Each event centers on a specific theme such as birth stories, birth work, or perinatal loss, with the shared intention of reshaping how stories about birth and womanhood are told and held. These intimate gatherings are created for birthing people and women seeking connection, sisterhood, and an evening of honest, powerful storytelling in community.
