Ticket price includes pregnant person plus one support person.

When Should You Take This Class?

  • We recommend taking this class during your second trimester around 22-25 weeks, though it can be taken at any stage of pregnancy. Partners are strongly encouraged to attend.

Check with your insurance provider about potential reimbursement for this class.

Invoices or certificates of completion are available upon request.
