Are you ready to dive headfirst into the world of doula work? Our in-person mentorship program is for anyone residing on the Seacoast or Southern NH and North Shore, MA. Invest in your career and benefit from the following support:

• Initial mentorship call: connect with an experienced birth doula mentor who will share insights, answer questions, and provide personalized guidance to help you get started
• Unlimited text/email/call support: stay on track with regular check-ins that keep you engaged and motivated. Your mentor will be just a text away to offer advice and support.
• Accountability for business growth, goals, and certification: set and track your business growth goals with the help of your mentor. We’ll keep you accountable and offer strategies to achieve your milestones as well as assist in any paperwork you may need help with for establishing your business and achieving your doula certification.
• Launch your doula business: We have spent years developing templates and resources for our own businesses and we want to share them with you. In this program you will gain access to what we have created including prenatal meeting outlines, a robust local resource list, educational handouts, statistics and information on local care providers, and SO much more.
• Support through contracts: the thing we all wanted when we supported our first few clients, a lifeline to reach out to when we felt overwhelmed in the moment. This program gives you access to an experienced doula who is there for you when you need it most, during a birth or postpartum shift! Whether it’s during a prenatal meeting, at the hospital, or in your client’s home, we are always here in your back pocket ready to help.
• Hands-on experience: as a leading doula agency in NH and the North Shore, we have no shortage of connections with families looking for support! By participating in our mentorship program, there may be opportunities for you to connect with our clients that are willing to receive services from doulas in training. *Joining this mentorship program does not guarantee client availability or that you will be hired. 
• Continuing education: each month the Saltwater Doulas team hosts a free virtual educational workshop. Topics of discussion include interviewing tips & tricks, a guide to prenatal meetings, supporting cesarean prep and recovery, etc. Mentorship doulas gain access to all previously recorded workshops. Mentorship doulas are also encouraged to sit in on any of our prenatal education classes to meet families and expand their knowledge, free of charge.
