Did you know you can actually be comfortable during pregnancy? And, that you can actively take steps prenatally and throughout labor to make your birth simpler and more efficient?! This class teaches evidence-based techniques for all bodies, babies, and births, whether you’re planning a home birth, a hospital delivery, or even a scheduled cesarean.

What is Spinning Babies®?
Spinning Babies® is focused on baby positioning and believes fetal positions aren’t random. Through Balance, Movement & Gravity positions, exercises and practices, you can help create more room in the uterus and pelvis to help make room for baby.

  • How small adjustments in pregnancy can have a big impact on physical comfort in pregnancy, as well as labor and birth
