This class is designed to support birthing people in any stage of pregnancy,  including those with zero yoga experience. This is such a sacred time and we would be honored to share space with you.

Who is This Class For?

A prenatal yoga class at Beyond Birthing is for anyone who is pregnant and looking to move their body safely, feel more comfortable, and connect more deeply with their pregnancy. It is especially supportive for those who want relief from common pregnancy symptoms, gentle strength and mobility, and space to slow down and breathe.
