Our Core Curriculum is thoughtfully designed to support expectant parents through a confident, grounded transition from pregnancy into parenthood and beyond. This four-class series goes deeper than a single session, recognizing that real preparation takes time, space, and compassion. Each class builds on the next, blending evidence-based education with practical tools, hands-on learning, and judgment-free support. You will also receive access to our client portal and extensive resource library, so you can revisit materials anytime and continue feeling informed, supported, and empowered throughout your perinatal journey.
