No. We support families in all the stages of family planning: preconception to pregnancy to birth then throughout the first year postpartum. Many of our classes, groups and services are specifically designed for new parents and caregivers who are expecting or have babies under 12 months old.
Absolutely! We encourage partners, co-parents, and support people to participate. Many classes and support groups are built for shared learning and connection.
Our classes go beyond hospital policy and procedure and include all of your options. We keep our classes limited to 5 or 6 couples so that all individual questions, birth preferences and choices are incorporated into the material leaving you feeling empowered, educated and ready to take on your birth on your terms.
Our prenatal offerings include prenatal yoga, comfort measure workshops, chiropractic care, massage therapy, birth doula support, and perinatal counseling. We focus on supporting you physically, emotionally, and mentally.
A doula provides emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and after birth. While they don’t replace your OB or midwife, doulas enhance your birth experience through advocacy and hands-on comfort measures. who are expecting or have babies under 12 months old.
Yes. Our ultrasounds are open to all expectant families and offer a warm, family-friendly experience in a calm setting.

We’ll help you match with a doula who fits your preferences. Our doulas work collaboratively with your birth team for seamless, continuous support.
Yes. We complement your existing care team and work with hospitals, birth centers, and midwives to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
