Pregnancy and birth place significant demands on the core and pelvic floor. This workshop is designed to help you reconnect with your body and rebuild strength safely after baby arrives.

With guidance from a pelvic health professional, you will learn gentle and effective techniques that support healing, stability, and confidence in your movement as you transition into postpartum life.

During this workshop we cover:

• How pregnancy and birth impact the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles
• Reconnecting with the deep core and pelvic floor through breath and movement
• Safe ways to begin rebuilding strength after birth
• Strategies to support healing with diastasis, pelvic pressure, or leaking
• Everyday movement tips for lifting, feeding, babywearing, and returning to exercise
• Signs that your body may benefit from pelvic floor physical therapy

This workshop is appropriate for any stage of postpartum recovery.

When Should You Take This Class?

Whether you are newly postpartum or months into your recovery, this workshop will give you practical tools and exercises you can use in everyday life. Babies are welcome, and all bodies and recovery timelines are supported.
