This workshop focuses on building a strong foundation during pregnancy by helping you understand how your core and pelvic floor function and how to support them as your body changes.

Together we explore practical tools to reduce discomfort, improve body awareness, and prepare your body for birth and postpartum recovery.

During this workshop we cover:

• How the pelvic floor and deep core work together during pregnancy
• Breathing techniques that support the pelvic floor and core connection
• Posture and movement strategies to reduce common pregnancy discomforts
• How to protect your core during daily activities like lifting, getting out of bed, and exercise
• Ways to prepare your body for labor, pushing, and recovery after birth
• Early signs of pelvic floor strain and when to seek additional support

This workshop is appropriate for any stage of pregnancy.
