Because our classes, groups, and workshops are intentionally small and intimate, space is limited. This policy helps us maintain the quality, accessibility, and sustainability of our offerings while honoring the time and energy of our providers and community.

By registering for services at Beyond Birthing, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing or through our scheduling platform and are subject to the following timelines:

  • 7 or more days before the scheduled service:
    You will receive a 100% refund, minus any payment processing fees incurred at the time of booking.

  • 3 to 6 days before the scheduled service:
    You will receive a 50% refund, minus any payment processing fees incurred at the time of booking.

  • Less than 3 days before the scheduled service:
    Refunds are not available. However, we are happy to offer a credit toward a future Beyond Birthing offering, subject to the exclusions noted below.

Please note:
Affiliate-hosted classes, groups, professional development workshops, and third-party offerings are not eligible for credits or refunds unless otherwise stated.

Rescheduling Fees (Prenatal Education & Newborn Care Classes Only)

For prenatal education classes that are sold out, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply when transferring to a different session. This helps ensure fairness and access for families on waitlists.

Processing Fees

All refunds are issued minus payment processing fees incurred by Beyond Birthing at the time of the original booking. These fees are non-refundable, as they are charged by third-party payment processors.

Illness Policy

We ask all families to care for themselves and our community. If you are feeling unwell, we strongly encourage you to stay home.

When available, you are welcome to attend your scheduled group, class, or event live via video, as we have a camera option in place. This allows you to participate without forfeiting payment or incurring rescheduling fees, when applicable.

Personal masks are always welcome, and you are encouraged to practice social distancing if that helps you feel more comfortable.
