Revive & Restore- A Postpartum Movement Series

Join Sarah Coombs, pelvic floor therapist, yoga instructor, and postpartum corrective specialist, for a 4-week series designed for rebuilding strength after baby.  Whether you’re 6 weeks or 6 months postpartum, learning how to connect to the core and pelvic floor is a foundational skill for movement after pregnancy. 

This class is a combination of breath work, yoga postures, and strength building movements, designed specifically for postpartum students.  Class will provide opportunities for challenge as well as modifications to meet different levels, and is a great option as a bridge class before returning to regular exercise.  Babies are welcome to join, but the focus is on you as the caregiver!

Please stay & hang out in the space after class to feed baby and connect with others!
