• Learn an array of comfort measures to support you throughout pregnancy, labor and birth (*We highly encourage taking the Comfort Measures & Spinning Babies Baby Positioning Combo Class to diver deeper into these strategies and build you and your partner’s toolbox!)

• Pain management options & medical interventions

• Cesarean birth (*if you are planning a scheduled cesarean we encourage you to take our Cesarean Prep & Recovery Class in lieu of this class)

WHEN: We recommend taking this class between 25-30 weeks, though it can be taken at any stage of pregnancy. Partners are strongly encouraged to attend.
